Me or You?

So... it’s been a while since I’ve been doing these things… Writing is not one of my biggest likes, however, for the purpose of changing lives or maybe spreading love, why not write till ink is extinct?

Do you ever think about what life would be like if we ever asked questions about other people rather than ourselves?

Most of the time we reflect and hear questions like:

“I wonder what I’m going to wear today?”

“I wonder how I look because (name(s)) is going to be there.”

“Why am I having such a rough day?”

“I want this….I want that…I …I…I”

It’s funny how subconsciously we tend to think about our own needs and then feel bad when others don’t have what we have.

OR

It’s funny how we can even pretend to think of other people with the motive of self-gratification. What do you mean? I mean that we THINK we are about others, when we really just want to make sure our points get across. Instead of being that person to make sure others are cool and understanding, we get the internal glory and it ends up putting us back to square one of how to get over “myself.”

What the heck am I saying?!

You’re given what you’re given to be given to others. Ever heard that phrase, “blessed to be a blessing”?

THAT’S what you are.

That’s WHO you are.

That’s why YOU are.

That’s how you ARE made.

So start thinking a bit different now…

“how in the world can I encourage someone?”

“What do they need that I can help with?”

“If I’m blessed to bless others, how do I start?”

Maybe we got to check motives before we start the day. Then when you check them and they are right, You’ll find big-time satisfaction every day.

Blessed

To be

A blessing!

Much love
