Hey Bleepers!!
The other day, I was outside working and helping get some items done that needed to be done. Obviously right? If it's not done, then why wouldn't I help?
I picked up a friend for a meeting that I was on my way towards and he rolled down the window. Coincidentally I happened to look up at the sky for a quick glance and observe what was taking place. It seemed a bit darker than usual. My friend said that it looked like it was going to rain. I looked up and said, "ya it does."
One thing I love about the weather, when it adjusts for rain, the atmosphere becomes cooler. There's usually a cool breeze that blows and some nice weather. Later that evening, it did not rain, even though it seemed as though it would.
I stood outside and was going to clear a pathway for someone coming out the back door of the meeting I was in. I cleared the way and waited.............

I then stood silent and just looked around and noticed trees, store lights, cars passing, and the outside of the building I was at. I then looked up and noticed the sky and saw a nice clear moonlight while enjoying a cool night with a soft breeze.
It then dawned on me that the day was just beautiful and no matter what occurred to that point, everything left my mind and all I could really do is think about what a day that was created and how little I have appreciated the simplicity of what is around me.
MY question to you is:
How many times do you go through the norms of everyday-life and not stop to sieze the moment around you?
Or
Maybe you get so caught up with trying to be a success that you don't notice the success of creation in your presence.
Notice the day! Stop and just take a breath and soak in the day that was simply made for you to enjoy.
Observe the clouds, the sunset, the moonlight, the trees, the lights, the cars, the scenery.
Sieze the moment of a day! It may actually give you enough time to clear your head and mind to think and operate better.
too busy? I don't think taking a 30-sec to 1-minute break would hurt.

Try it!! I dare you. What's the worst that can happen? It's hot? It's cold? It's wet? It's dry? What excuse do you have next? The day was MADE for you... why not take a moment to enjoy it.
much love,
